Is Cover Pest a Traditional Pest Control Company?

No. Cover is a resident amenity or service that is added to a rental agreement. When pest issues come up, Cover handles all aspects (including payment) of the issue.

How Do Residents Request Service?

It's easy! Residents go to www.coverpest.com and fill out the simple form on the home page. Our team gets in touch immediately to gather more info and schedule service.

What does it cost to get started?

Zero dollars and zero cents! Our service is an amenity designed to be paid for by residents. Your first step is filling out this form so we can learn about your company and make sure we're a good fit!

How Do Residents, PMs and Owners Benefit?

How Does Billing Work?

Cover Pest bills property managers a month in arrears for properties that were active for at least one day in the previous month. You will only be billed for properties that are active on the pest program.

How it works

  • Apply for the Growth Partnership if you currently have at least 150 doors under management.
  • Upon approval, we'll send you up to $3,600. Use it to invest in your business however you want.
  • Use our investment in your company in whatever way you'd like. Use it for extra marketing dollars, put it toward your doorgrow consulting package, etc.

  • You must currently have at least 150 doors under management.
  • You must commit to on-boarding at least 150 properties during the first 12 months.
  • If you decide we're not a fit and cancel early, you'll need to pay back the funds.
  • Funds will be sent upon completion of our partnership agreement.
